Now for the best part of this post...
We are living in exciting times, as the days go by we are living in times where things are exciting and frightening at the same time. This week has been fun for me, having fun in school spending my last week with Li Yung, having reunion dinner with relatives & distance cousins. Today's sermon in church is the best thing that has happened thus far because I found my confidence in God again! & i'll tell all of you why...

We all know that there's been news saying churches being burnt down and bombs thrown into church compound and it's widely believe that the commotion of the word "Allah" being used by us Christian. But we all forgive those who did those to the churches...Today's church service was preached from the Bible,1 Peter 4:12-19...here's what the Bible says:

12Dear friends, do not be surprised at the painful trial you are suffering, as though something strange were happening to you.13But rejoice that you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed. 14If you are insulted because of the name of Christ, you are blessed, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you. 15If you suffer, it should not be as a murderer or thief or any other kind of criminal, or even as a meddler. 16However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name. 17For it is time for judgment to begin with the family of God; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God? 18And,
"If it is hard for the righteous to be saved,
what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?

19So then, those who suffer according to God's will should commit themselves to their faithful Creator and continue to do good.

I felt so relief when I read it because most of my friends don't like or think of me a different way just because i'm a Christian, and it really hurt. My feelings were unstable since last year cause my friends denied me because of my faith.

But today, I found that joy and confidence I once had because i'm a Christian! I've been falsely accused by my friends, my friends wont bother about me ever since they found out i'm a Christian, but this verse is something I truly believe God is telling me something!

I'm writing this to all my fellow Christians friends to stay strong and remain faithful to our Lord Jesus Christ, for the Bible says :
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up! Galations 6:9-10

I know a lot of you have shared my same experience, but we've come far to know our God so do not let anything hold you down and drown your faith! Many people has suffered for our God's sake, and if anyone were to insult you because of your faith...remember 1Peter 4:12-19. Forgive those people who bomb the churches, and pray for them!

If you do not understand and do not know why I am telling this, you are most welcome to ask me, i'll be happy to answer you!
